We strive to ensure that your ceramic pieces arrive safely. However, we are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (e.g., USPS or UPS). If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your artwork at Contact me. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
